i-confidential combines consultancy, knowledge-based offerings, and specialist resourcing to improve security. Since 2008, the company has provided trusted leadership on cybersecurity and information risk for some of the UK’s best-known firms.

i-confidential initially engaged with Nimbus Blue to facilitate and configure additional services within Microsoft 365, specifically around Data Loss Prevention and Information Protection, and Identity and Device Management and Security.
The company was keen to work with an external partner to identify the requirements, document and design a solution, and to action the agreed upon solution, with the objective of providing enhanced security for i-confidential’s existing business platform.
i-confidential also required management of their IT estate. This included procurement, staff changes, and general support, which was previously handled internally. By outsourcing this, i-confidential was able to free up staff time to focus on their roles within the company.
